Founded by self professed “real estate nerd,” Amy Blevins in 2014, Modern Home Concierge is one of the most respected concierge firms in the North and East Texas regions.

 

With over a hundred and fifty clients, many with multiple projects and properties, Amy has been a rising star in the private home concierge sector. She provides her clients with custom and detailed services ranging from vacation home management to home organization.

Amy is an expert at transforming your project experience in to one of ease and luxury. MHC clients know that Amy’s talent is maximizing the potential in every project and home.

Client homes have ranged in size from a 1 bedroom vintage apartment to 8,000 sf, with their ages ranging from mid 30’s to early 80’s, with the occasional teen or preteen.

No matter the stage of life or size of the family, the most important goal for Modern Home Concierge is that they live in a home that feeds their spirit, fits how they live today and does not overwhelm them.

Amy has 20+ years of corporate experience and leverages her background in operations, process improvement and project management for residential solutions.

Modern Home Concierge’s mascot is Sasha, a Great Pyrenees. She serves as a customer service representative, private security and brand ambassador.

Amy volunteers with SPIN (Saving Pyrs in Need) in the DFW and ETX area as well as Embark Women in Tyler serving entrepreneurs.

Concierge Training

Do you have a passion for design, decor, and property management details? Do you want to help clients achieve a better quality of life?

  • Must love design, decor, and constantly learning

  • Experience in vendor management - specifically working with home trades.

  • Project management/Time management experience
